N-propyl-3-phenyl acrylamide is synthesized from 3-phenyl acrylic acid by acyl chlorination reaction and amination.
4,以吡啶为溶剂、甲苯为稀释剂、苯胺为催化剂,反应4h得到3-苯基丙烯酸,将其与PCl3直接进行酰氯化反应10~12h,得3-苯基丙烯酰氯,再与正丙胺反应,得N-正丙基-3-苯基丙烯酰胺。

3-Phenyl acrylic acid (I) was synthesized by reaction of benzaldehyde and propanedioic acid dioic while N-butyl-3-phenylacrylamide was prepared from (I) by acetyl chloride reaction and amination.
以苯甲醛为原料,以吡啶为溶剂、甲苯为稀释剂、苯胺为催化剂,反应得到3-苯基丙烯酸,将其与PCl3直接进行酰氯化反应得3-苯基丙烯酰氯,再与正丁胺反应,得N-正丁基-3-苯基丙烯酰胺。
