| 熨法 中医外治法之一。用布包裹炒热的药物或用特制的熨引器，热熨人体的某些部位，实际上类似现代临床上的热敷疗法。主要利用温热的作用，达到温通筋络、温运脾胃、理气止痛等功效。主治风寒痹痛、虚寒性胃痛、小儿消化不良、风寒感冒、寒性闭经等病。若用药物熨，则可根据病证选择不同药物，如炒盐熨腹可治腹痛，炒葱熨可治跌打损伤。以热力促进药物透入腠理，药物借热力而发挥作用。使用时，必须掌握好温度，太烫时要加棉布套，温度低时再去掉套。操作时应注意避免烫伤。此外，一些温热性疾患及肿瘤、急性炎症、结核病等，均不宜用。病重时，也只宜作辅助治疗。 |
