| 热平衡态 thermal equilibrium，state of 在没有外界影响的条件下，热力学系统的宏观性质不随时间变化的状态。所谓外界影响，是指外界对系统作功或传热。不能把平衡态简单理解为不随时间变化的状态。例如 ，一金属杆两端分别始终与沸水和冰水接触，热量不断从一端传往另一端，则杆各处温度虽然不同却并不随时间变化，但此杆并不处于平衡态。与单纯静止的力学平衡不同，热平衡态是热动平衡，系统中的分子仍在作无规则热运动，只是平均效果不随时间改变。 实验表明，在没有外界影响的条件下，一个热力学系统经足够长时间后必将趋于热平衡态。两个或多个热力学系统相互接触后，只要时间足够长又没有外界影响，也必将趋于共同的平衡态。这是引入热平衡态概念的实验依据。两个热力学系统若分别与第三个系统处于热平衡，则它们彼此也必处于热平衡。这个实验规律称为热力学第零定律，表明热平衡具有传递性，热平衡态是科学定义温度概念的基础，也是用温度计测量温度的依据。 热平衡态是一个理想化的概念，是在一定条件下对实际情况的抽象和近似。对热平衡态的研究具有重要的理论和实践意义，已经成为热力学的基本内容。 |
