The deformed tubing sections in Luo 136 Well in Changshan Salt Mine have been recovered by means of milling the stuck casing and tubing sections one spot by one spot with hole-directed shoe milling method and fishing the fallen objects with reversed hook tools.
长山盐矿采用领眼磨鞋逐点铣磨变形被卡井段油套管、倒扣打捞落鱼的技术措施,起出多点段油套管变形事故井罗136井井下油管,将开窗侧钻窗口降到最低点,成功修复该井,恢复其正常出卤生产,取得了较好的效益。
