Depending on the characteristics of the low grade oxidized ore on the surface in Woxi,and by small scaled column leaching tests and commercially scaled heap leaching tests,a flowsheet of heap leaching-carbon adsorption-disadsorption and electrowinning was applied,where masking agent was used to reduce the influence of Arsenic and antimonial on cyanidation.

YGO-1308新型硅烷偶联剂属阳离子型，含99％N-二甲基氨基三甲氧基硅烷。
一般的氨基硅烷偶联剂其氨基在水中易与本身的烷氧基水解为硅醇，并发生内螯合作用而形成一种环状化合物，或缩聚成有机硅氧烷醇，从而减弱了硅烷的偶联作用，甚至失效。而阳离子型硅烷则是使氨基硅烷与酸结合成离子型盐，因而具有良好的水溶性和稳定性，提高了偶联效果，同时赋予该类硅烷抗静电功能。
