顶竹竿
基诺族一种竞力性运动。用于比赛的竹竿长3米，直径10厘米左右。先在场地上划一条中线，赛前双方将包头布解下围在腰上，两人相对，各顶住竹竿的一端。竹竿的中点对正地面的中线。双手不得碰竿，成弓步站稳。一声号令，两人均用力将竹竿顶向对方。以弓步前进，脚先踩上中线者为胜。
