-[CH2-CHF]-
    白色粉末状部分结晶性聚合物。熔点190-200℃,分解温度210℃以上,长期使用温度-100-150℃。由于分解温度接近于加工温度,不宜用热塑性成型方法加工,大多加工成薄膜和涂料。其突出特点是耐候性优异。聚氟乙烯薄膜可不受油脂、有机溶剂、碱类、酸类和盐雾的侵蚀,电绝缘性能良好,还具有良好的低温性能、耐磨件和气体阻透性。聚氟乙烯涂料也具有良好的耐候件,对化学药品只有良好的抗腐蚀性,但不耐浓盐酸、浓硫酸、硝酸和氨水。
    应用领域  化学工业用于制作防腐蚀涂层,衬里,垫圈,轴油管涂层和高性能电解槽隔膜。建筑工业用于制作屋顶和墙面装饰材料。还可用于制作电容器薄膜,海底电地外部保护层,抗盐雾的电气仪表零件涂层,农用膜,喷雾器涂层及各种食品包装容器表面涂层。
