性质:废物焚烧炉的一种主要炉型。其主体设备为一圆形塔体,通常以细砂为流化载体。操作时,将空气通过分配板由特殊设计的喷嘴从底部喷入塔内,使床内载体“沸腾”呈流化状态。废物从塔侧或塔顶加入,在流化床层内进行干燥、粉碎、气化等过程后迅速燃烧。燃烧气从塔顶排出,尾气中夹带的载体砂粒和灰渣,用除尘器捕集后,载体可返回流化床内。流化床焚烧炉具有结构简单、单位面积处理能力大、耐负荷冲击和适合于低热值废物的焚烧等优点,但存在压力损失大、动力消耗高、流化载体对设备造成磨损、不适于处理粗大的废物等问题。它主要用于处理污泥、油渣和有机废液。
