Based on generation relation of diagenetic minerals, fluid inclusion and fluorescence detection,the history of fluid activity and oil charging is reconstructed for reservoirs of Shasi Member located at depth of 1 600 m~2 700 m and 2 700 m~3 000 m.

The accumulation properties of the reservoirs are mainly controlled by diagenetic mineral facies belts.

Its applications were discussed in the analyses and research of basin fluid diagenetic mineralogical age, fluid field character, evolution of formation water origin, reservoir heterogeneity, fluid movement trace, temperature and salinity of ancient fluid, distinguishing between sea facies and lake facies, diagenetic environment.

This text according to data and the experience in many years ,researches and analyzes stratum, structure, magma rock, wall rock eclipse and the source of mineralize material ,migration and aggradation of the mineral liquid in the taohuazhui copper&gold&iron mine bed, , and as to discusses method of the mineralization , the mineral bed cause of formation.
