性质:紫红光藏青色粉状。不溶于水,溶于硫化钠或保险粉溶液,呈绿光黄色。在浓硫酸中呈绿光蓝色,稀释后成深蓝色沉淀。对硬水敏感,染色时宜用软水。染色物在碱性保险粉液中呈绿光黄色,氧化后能恢复到原来色泽;在次氯酸钠溶液中全部褪色;遇浓硫酸变黑色。

制备方法:由二苯胺与对亚硝基苯酚缩合,经多硫化钠硫化,空气氧化,而后过滤、干燥、粉碎及标准化处理,便制得产品。原料消耗(kg/t)二苯胺(100%) 200苯酚(100%) 155硫酸(98%) 1430纯碱 45氨水(20%) 3300硫化钠(63.5%) 360硫磺 560丁醇 115亚硝酸钠 255亚硫酸钠 60硫酸铜 5

用途:适用于棉、麻、粘纤及其织物的染色,也可用于维棉混纺织物的染色。该品是硫化蓝中最鲜艳的蓝色染料,常用于棉纱染浅蓝色。常与硫化红棕B3R或硫化黑拼染不同的灰色;与硫化黄GC拼染较鲜艳的绿色。
