Based on the investigation and study in motorbike factory,used statistic process control(SPC) to analyse the quality of the ninety gear-shift drum in motorbike factory,mainly applied Minitab software to draw X-R control chart and process capability analysis chart to make a basic analysis about quality of ninety gear-shift drum.
