Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of rutin,hyperin,isoquercitrin,4,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid and isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside in Herba Artemisiae Capillariae.

【功用主治】
清热，下气。治消渴心烦，奔豚气逆，带下，齿痛。 ①《吴普本草》："治疮。" ②《别录》："主消渴，止心烦、逆奔气。" ③陶弘景："水煎含之，疗齿痛。" ④《药性论》："治脚下气，主热毒，烦躁。" ⑤孟诜："主女人卒赤白下。" ⑥《长沙药解》："下肝气之奔冲，清风木之郁热。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，2～3钱。外用：煎水含漱或磨汁涂。
【选方】
①治奔豚气上冲胸，腹痛，往来寒热：甘草、芎藭、当归各二两，半夏四两，黄芩二两，生葛五两，芍药二两，生姜四两，甘李根白皮一升。上九味，以水二斗，煮取五升，温服一升，日三，夜一服。(《金匮要略》奔豚汤) ②治咽喉卒塞：以皂角末吹鼻取嚏，仍以李树近根皮，磨水涂喉外。(《菽园杂记》)
