The conical floating ring bearing was designed and manufactured on the base of theoretical analysis and finite element calculation of this new structure bearing.

In this paper a method to obtain the dynamic characteristic coefficients of the conic floating-ring hybrid bearing through experiment when considering the mass of the floating ring is put forward, which is based on the existing theory of the bearing and its test research.

These problems include: design of double service positioned fixture,design of floating screw driver device,solving scheme of "screw driver end chamfering" phenomena,improvement design of "impact effect of swinging cylinder" and solving scheme for mistaken-action of swinging cylinder.
