According to the frequency spectrum,axis locus diagram and vibration tendency diagram trapped by large compressor bundle monitor system TDM2, finds out the reason for the high vibration of the steam turbines of CO2 compressor bundle, and shows the importance of strengthening turnaround of old compressor bundle and stricter execution of maintenance and turnaround regulations .

The standardization of the maintenance and overhaul of the equipment of the iron-smelting BF may effectively reduce various kinds of breakdown, the accidental occurrence, enhance the overhaul efficiency, reduce the consumption of the manpower and physical resources and maintain the highly effective and stable operation of the BF.

According to long-term on-site working experience with the feature of electrolysis production was done,the primary reason why the mechanical seal leaks was discussed,and some suggestions on maintenance and overhaul was put forward.
