【异名】
獾子油(《黑龙江中药》)。
【来源】
为鼬科动物狗獾的脂肪油。动物形态详"獾肉"条。
【采集】
冬季捕捉，此时脂肪最厚。杀死后，取其皮下脂肪及肠网膜上脂肪，入锅中熬炼成淡黄色的脂油，滤去油渣即成。
【功用主治】
治中气不足，子宫脱垂，咳血，痔疮，疳疮，疥癣，白秃，烫伤，冻疮。 ①《纲目拾遗》："治头止白秃。" ②《山东中药》："外敷治汤火伤。" ③《黑龙江中药》："内服可补中益气，杀虫润肠，止咳血，胸腹胀；外用治内外痔疮，火烧水烫，小儿疳疮。"
【用法与用量】
内服：溶化入汤剂。外用：涂擦。
【选方】
①治子宫脱垂：獾子油三钱，鸡蛋七个。将油熬开后加适量水，打入鸡蛋，趁热服下，一日一次，连续服用。 ②治半身不遂：獾油一斤，豆腐十块。将豆腐用獾子油炸熟，食量不限，日服二至三次。 ③治火烫、冻疮：獾子油涂患处。 ④治疥癣：獾子油涂患处，微火烤之，每日二次。(①方以下出《吉林中草药》) ⑤治白秃：獾油，火烤，擦三、四次。如年久者，恐不生发，以枸杞子煎汤饮。(《年希尧集验良方》)
