3、工作前，用手扳动皮带轮，检查冲头上下运动是否轻便，如有卡住或沉重情况，应通知维修人员修理。
4、所切金属丝直径不得大于8毫米。
5、工作后，取下机床上未切完的金属丝。
6、工作后，擦净机床，加油保养导轨。
