A simple and efficient method of isolating 6-(bromomethyl)-1,3,8-trimethoxy-9,10-anthraquinone and other anthraquinones was developed, in which a buchuer funnel was used as the column, the silica gel for thin-layer chromatography as tae stational phase, and methylene chloride is stead of at the mobile phase.
用砂芯漏斗为分离柱,薄层层析硅胶作为填料,选择二氯甲烷代替苯和乙酸乙酯的流动相,利用循环水泵产生负压的方法,能快捷、简便、高效的分离6-溴甲基-1,3,8-三甲氧基-9,10-蒽醌中间体和其它蒽醌类化合物,并且纯度高。

RESULTS: A total of seven compounds were isolated from the root of Rumex japonicus, which were identified to be as β-sitosterol, quercetin, rumizin, emodin, physcion, chrysophanol and 1,6,7-trihydroxy-3-methoxyanthraquinone.
结果:从羊蹄根中分离鉴定出7个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇、槲皮素、酸模素、大黄素、大黄素甲醚、大黄酚和1,6,7-三羟基-3-甲氧基蒽醌。

性质:黄色针状结晶,熔点226℃。能升华,氧化后生成蒽醌。溶于热苯和热甲苯,微溶于醇、醚和冷苯,不溶于水。

制备方法:由蒽溴化而得。溴化反应在室温进行,以四氯化碳作溶剂。采用80-85%蒽为原料,加溴反应半小时,产率83-88%。

用途:有机合成中间体。
