   分子式C2H2F2,分子量66.05,结构式CH2=CF2。亦称偏二氟乙烯。无色气体。沸点-84℃。不溶于水,溶于乙醇和乙醚。容易聚合,并能与三氟氯乙烯、六氟丙烯等共聚成氟橡胶。可由二氟乙烷和氯经热裂解脱氯化氢制得。
