性质:又称分批蒸馏、不连续蒸馏。它的特点是间歇操作,原料液,一次地加入蒸馏釜中,加热使其部分汽化,由于各组分间挥发度的差异,上升蒸汽中易挥发组分的含量较液相中的高,使其提浓一次,即得到一级分离。釜液的量和组成、馏出液的量和组成等参数都随时间变化,属于不稳定过程。一般当蒸馏到指定的釜液组成或馏出液的平均组成时停止操作。间歇蒸馏又可分为简单蒸馏和间歇精馏。
