内损 内损   病名。因外伤引致肢体深部组织或脏腑损伤者。见《诸病源候论》卷三十六,或名内伤。该书称:“此为人卒被重物压迮,或从高处坠下,致吐下血,此伤五内故也。”《外台秘要》引《广济方》“疗从高坠下,内损瘀血”,“近效疗堕马内损”之论。究其病因,不外高处坠下、重物压迮、外力挤撞等类,或伴表伤并不严重,而内损则十分明显,或由于内因所成者。内损多发于胸腹内脏,一般有伤气、伤血、伤脏腑之区别。若伤处肿痛不明显,痛无定处则为伤气;若伤处疼痛显著,皮色发红或青紫,甚则血溢妄行,出现发热、寒战、呕吐、便血、尿血、咳血等症者为伤血;若胸胁或腹中疼痛剧烈,伴有昏厥、吐血、便血等症者为伤脏腑。若伤头部,损及脑髓,则症见头晕目眩,额部有冷汗,言语不清,恶心呕吐,甚至口眼斜。治宜辨伤之部位轻重,以其所伤,或手法外治、或服药内治。若伤气者,宜服复元通气散;伤血重者,或损及内脏,则以活血化瘀为佳,可服桃仁承气汤。参见伤气、伤血、伤脏腑、脑骨伤等各条。
