gUOtong锅筒(drum)水管锅炉中用以进行汽水分离和燕汽净化,组成水循环回路并蓄存锅水的筒形压力容器,又称汽包。主要作用为接纳省煤器来水,进行汽水分离和向循环回路供水,向过热器翰送饱和燕汽。锅筒中存有一定水量,具有一定的热量及工质的储蓄,在工况变动时可减缓汽压变化速度,当给水与负荷短时间不协调时起一定的缓冲作用。锅筒中装有内部装工,以进行汽水分离、蒸汽清洗、锅内加药、连续排污,籍以保证燕汽品质,见图。 锅筒是锅炉中最笨重且价格昂贵的厚壁承压部件。锅筒不但承受很高的内压,而且由于运行工况变化,还会由于壁温的波动产生热应力,因而工作条件恶劣,需进行有效的运行工况监督。 结构和材料锅筒工作条件复杂,出现事故的后果严重,必须严格控制锅筒所用材料的化学成分、机械性能和焊接与加工工艺质量,并经过一系列的严格检验。铜筒由筒体和封头构成. (1)筒体:指锅筒的圆筒部分,它的内径和长度与循环方式、锅炉容量、蒸汽参数及内部设备结构形式有关。锅筒筒体通常在多辊筒卷板机上卷制而成.亚临界压力锅炉锅筒筒壁太厚,需在巨型压力机上压制.
