病名。脱证之一。见清·张璐《 张氏医通·脱》。张璐：“下脱者，多缘房劳伤精。其人翕翕少气，不能饮食，大便滑泄无 度，小便清利倍常，或梦寐走泄，昼夜遗精，或精血并脱，不能自主。”治宜扃固肾气，补 益肾精。方选金锁固精丸、三才封髓丹加减。
