性质:又称洗脱。离子交换提取、纯化过程中的一个重要操作步骤,其目的是将已吸附在树脂(负载树脂或饱和树脂)上的金属(如铀)由树脂相淋洗到水溶液中。对于铀的硫酸浸出液(或矿浆)吸附过程,常用的淋洗剂有酸性硝酸盐溶液(如HNO3+NH4NO3)或酸性氯化物溶液(如H2SO4+NaCl)。而对于铀的碳酸盐浸出液(或矿浆)吸附过程,则宜采用添加少量NaCO3或NaHCO3的NaCl溶液作淋洗剂。淋洗也是柱色谱普遍采用的方法。在离子交换色谱法中,用适当的溶液作流动相,以一定的流速,将被树脂吸附着的离子解吸下来的过程。亲和能力小的先流出,亲和能力大的后流出。
