1、遵守《铸造设备通用操作规程》有关规定。
2、检查冷水管，如有漏水或堵塞的情况，应通知维修人员修理。
3、检查两锥齿轮，如磨损严重，应通知维修人员更换。
4、先点动试车，然后空运转2-3分钟，检查电动机、减速器的运动是否过紧过松。确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
5、工作时，严格控制放稀蜡的伐门，不能过大，过大会影响蜡的质量。
6、刮蜡刀要调正到合适的位置，即能刮净蜡又不影响滚筒运转为标准。
7、防止其它物品掉入搅拌桶内，以免损坏叶片。
8、 如发现滚筒有时转时停现象，要停车检查刮刀，进行调正。
9、 打扫现场，清理设备时要把积蜡清除干净。
