Block iron and waste residue were obtained by using hitting,screening and magnetic separation from steel slag and iron slag.
攀钢采用热焖工艺使钢渣粉化率达到92%,淘汰了传统的破碎、磁选工艺,并通过切割、自磨进一步提高了渣钢品位及回收率;对铁渣进行打砸、筛分和磁选,选出块铁和废渣,再利用球磨和重选工艺对废渣进行深加工,从而实现了钢渣、铁渣中铁资源的回收利用。
