中国营造学社在成立初期,以校勘《营造法式》为开端,进行了一系列的与营造相关的文献的收集和整理工作,为后续田野调查测绘奠定了坚实的基础,文献考证与实物调查相结合更使得学社产生令世人瞩目的成果。

原料:

生菜40克、黄瓜25克、番茄25克、洋葱20克、玉米笋20克、口磨25克、青红椒20克、香菜5克、樱桃萝卜5克、精盐3克、白胡椒粉2克、沙拉油25克、醋25克。

做法:

将生菜掰成不规则片状,黄瓜切成椭圆形片,番茄切成角、洋葱切成圈,工米笋切段,口蘑切片,青红椒去籽切成圈,然后拼摆在透明的玻璃盛皿内。把沙拉油和醋混合,倒入盛皿内,再放精盐、白胡椒粉调匀,制成油醋汁。食用时,将油醋汁摇匀、浇在时菜沙拉上即可。

特点: 色彩鲜艳、清香爽口
