性质:又称全氟羧酸离子膜。电解食盐水溶液离子膜电解槽所用的膜材料之一。具有弱酸性和亲水性小的膜。膜内固定离子浓度较大,能阻止氢氧离子的反渗透,故阴极室的氢氧化钠浓度可达35%左右。电流效率可达95%以上。能置于PH>3的酸性溶液中。电解时化学稳定性好。缺点是电阻较大,在阳极室不能加酸,故氯中氧含量较高。日本旭硝子公司生产的Flemion膜即为此种膜。以四氟乙烯与磺反应后再与发烟硝酸作用生成丁内酯,然后,依次与甲醇、六氟环氧丙烷(1~2mol)反应,再与碳酸钠共热,生成单体。单体与四氟乙烯共聚,加碱水解得全氟羧酸树脂,经挤压,并加入聚四氟乙烯织物制成全氟羧酸离子膜。
