论文以液晶生产线的MES系统为研究对象,针对生产现场底层设备存在多种通信协议的问题,提出了采用工业以太网进行设备数据采集的方式,设计与实现了基于ACE通信的工业以太网通信机制,并提出了应用到MES的通信过程在通信协议方面,分析了不同类型的底层设备之间的通信协议,通过对传统的现场总线通信方式和新兴的工业以太网的比较,针对底层设备通信协议杂乱的问题,提出了用工业以太网作为该生产线底层设备的数据采集方式。
