结果表明:l四氢巴马汀(lTHP)、l千金藤啶碱(lSPD)和dl四氢巴马汀(dlTHP)3种药物采用15、30、60mg·kg-1剂量腹腔注射,均可显著抑制小鼠跳台反应,降低跳台次数,减少体重下降。
