性质:又称促脂肪动用激素,脂肪酸动用激素,抗脂肪肝激素。垂体前叶分泌的三种多肽激素,即α-促脂解素、β-促脂解素和γ-促脂解素。其中β促脂解素是β-内啡肽,黑素细胞刺激素,脑啡肽的前体,由91个氨基酸组成,其41~58位含β-促黑激素的全部顺序。它对脂肪有中度促进脂解活性,特别是刺激脂肪自脂肪体释出,然后被运到肝脏和其他器官,以便进行氧化,并能刺激黑素细胞使皮肤变黑。γ-促脂解素由58个氨基酸组成,且其成分和顺序和γ-促脂解素的前58个氨基酸完全相同。
