哈得孙河画派 Hadson River School 以纽约为基地 ,活跃于1820~1880年间的美国风景画派。名称源于评论家T.W.惠特里奇的文章。先驱为J.特朗布尔等 ,T.道蒂 、A.费希尔 、T.科尔等为该画派第一代。1848年T.科尔去世后,40年代的第二代画家A.B.杜兰德、J.F.肯塞特和F.E.丘奇在50~60年代形成自己的风格 。规定该画派基本画题是哈得孙河全景、山景、湖景、森林内部景、简单的海岸景。该派另一领袖丘奇则认为肯塞特之画太朴素,而注重对光的描绘。第三代画家如G.英尼斯、A.H.怀安特等在70年代成熟。 |
