补充资料:油(气)膜振荡(you
用滑动轴承支承的转子因流体膜的特殊力学性能而产生的一种自激振动。1924年,美国人B.L.纽柯克和H.D.泰勒发现油膜振荡现象。他们在进行高速转子的振动试验时发现,停止向轴承供油,转子的振荡便消失;恢复供油,振荡也随之恢复。以后在气体轴承中也发现有这种自激振荡现象。油(气)膜振荡是轴颈中心绕某一平衡位置转动引起的。如果把轴绕自身轴线的转动比作"自转",则油(气)膜振荡恰如"公转",公转角速度 Ω就是振荡的角频率(图1)。图2是公转的轴心轨迹。当轴的转速较低时,振荡频率约为轴转速的一半,并随转速提高而增加,称为半速涡动。当轴转速超过临界转速的 2倍时,振荡频率接近临界转速,且不随轴转速的变化而改变,称为共振振荡。油(气)膜共振振荡的振幅较大,常导致汽轮机、离心压缩机等高速旋转机械发生重大事故。高速转子开始出现油(气)膜共振振荡的转速称为失稳转速。失稳转速的计算是滑动轴承动态性能计算的主要问题。转子的工作转速必须低于失稳转速。高速轻载的流体动压轴承最容易出现油(气)膜振荡。防止油(气)膜振荡的措施有:提高转子的临界转速;减小轴承宽度,以提高轴承单位投影面积上的载荷,增大偏心率;改变轴承间隙;改变润滑剂的粘度;采用多楔滑动轴承或可倾瓦块轴承等。
