daodan dimian gongqi shebei导弹地面供气设备(missil。ground gassupplye卿ipment)为导弹供应压缩气体的地面设备。由于安全的要求，导弹多使用压缩氮气或氦气等惰性气体，也可使用压缩空气。供导弹使用的这类气体应符合高纯度(99%以上)、无机械杂质和油类杂质、含水量极少(水蒸气含量小于10一5)等技术条件。导弹地面供气设备主要有制气设备和贮气设备。①制气设备。包括压缩机、空气分离装置和汽化装置等。压缩机通常采用内燃机(主要是柴油机)驱动，用来压缩、冷却和净化气体。压缩机有活塞式、离心式、回转式和膜片式等。活塞式压缩机热效率较高，能将气体压缩到很高压力(35兆帕以上)，使用广泛;离心式和回转式压缩机的气体压力不高(1.5兆帕以下)，排气量较大，可用来给一些大型空气分离装置提供压缩空气;膜片式压缩机用来压缩氦气等。空气分离装置用来从压缩空气中提取氮气。一般由净化装置、膨胀机、节流阀、热交换器和分馏塔等组成。主要利用液态空气中各成分沸点不同的特性使氮、氧与其他稀有气体分离出来。氦气主要从含氦天然气中提取，也可在制氧制氮时从稀有气体混合物中提取。制得的氮和氦可以是气体，也可以是低温液体。汽化装置用来将低温液体汽化成高压气体。液氮汽化装置通常由活塞式泵和热交换器等组成。液氦汽化装置通常由热交换器和膜片式压缩机等组成。②贮气设备。有贮气罐和气瓶车，用来贮存或运输压缩气体。液氮和液氦等低温液体用绝热的槽罐车贮运。此外，供气设备还有配气台(箱)和检测仪表及其他附件等。它可固定在导弹阵地上，也可安装在专用运输车上。(何春兴)
