The advantages of sol-gel and hydrothermal processes were integrated, and sol treatment was introduced to the hydrothermal process enabling perovskite-typed BaTiO3 nanopowders to be synthesized at 搇ow temperatures?conditions through this modified hydrothermal process.

BaTiO3 powder was synthesized by oxalate coprecipitation method,and through the experiment and characterizations of XRD,DTA-TG,IR,TEM the result indicated that the product BaTiO3 was cube,well-proportioned and the size was about 30nm and reunited less.

Using nanosized BaTiO3 powders as the raw materials,effects of grain sizes、pH、dispersant、binders、plasticizer contents on the properties of slurry and green tape were investigated,and BaTiO3 sheets were successfully prepared.
