bootao」iya包套挤压(sheath extrusion)将液态金属包覆在芯线材料上的挤压方法。此法专用于电缆包套,因此也称为电缆包套挤压,有铅包套电缆挤压和铝包套电缆挤压两种。工艺过程是:将熔化了的铅或铝注人立式挤压筒中,挤压杆对筒内液态金属施加轻微压力,待金属凝固至适当温度时以二股金属流入挤压筒下部的空腔中,包在水平方向引入的芯线材料上面,并同芯线焊合起来一齐从模孔挤出,形成壁厚均匀、连续、完整的包套(见图)。包套的厚度主要靠调整模子与芯统材料的相对位置来控制。粤 电缆包套挤压示意图 最初的包套材料为铅,由于其强度差、密度大,已被密度小、抗腐蚀、塑性好、有足够强度的铝所取代。
