性质:一般有两种水合物。六水合物:CrPO4·6H2O,紫色晶体。相对密度2.121(14℃)。熔点100℃。由混合三氯化铬和磷酸钠的冷溶液而制得。二水合物:CrPO4·2H2O,绿色粉末,相对密度2.42(22.5℃)。不溶于醋酸,微溶于水,能溶于硫酸或碱中,加热至暗红色可变为无水物。由铬明矾和磷酸氢二钠溶液反应,经静置、过滤、洗涤、风干制得。用作烃类脱氢和烯烃聚合的催化剂,以及颜料和磷化底漆。
