毛果芸香碱 pilocarpine 一种生物碱。分子式 C11H16N2O2 。存在于毛果芸香叶中,油状物或结晶。熔点34℃,沸点 260℃ (5毫米汞柱) (部分转化为异毛果芸香碱),比旋光度 +100.5° (水)。溶于水 、乙醇和氯仿 ,难溶于乙醚 、苯 。其硝酸盐的熔点178℃ (分解)+80° (水,C=4) ;盐酸盐熔点 204~205℃ 。毛果芸香碱具有强烈的发汗作用,能缩小瞳孔,可用于治疗青光眼。异毛果芸香碱是毛果芸香碱的立体异构体,其性质和生理作用大致与毛果芸香碱相似。 |
