性质:又称德士古煤气化炉(Texaco type coal gasifier)。以水煤浆为原料进行气化的工业炉。气化炉为直立圆筒,内衬耐火砖。原料煤破碎至粒度小于l0mm后送人球磨机。煤粉与水、添加剂、助熔剂(视煤的灰熔点高低决定是否加助熔剂)在球磨机中磨制成含固量60%~70%的水煤浆,用泵送人气化炉烧嘴,与送人的氧气在烧嘴出口混合雾化进入温度为1500℃左右、压力为2~6MPa的气化炉进行气化反应。产生的煤气经下降管进入激冷室,被水激冷后,经文丘里洗涤管及煤气洗涤塔除尘,并被水蒸气饱和。该煤气经CO变换工序。出气化炉的高温煤气可以不用水激冷,改用废热锅炉回收热量(废锅流程),产生高压蒸汽。该法制得的煤气大致组成:CO45.2%,CO218.5%,H235.1%,CH40.1%。
