The changes in the concentrations of Ni2+ and HPO2-3 in electroless Ni-P-C-O plating bath were determined by means of UV-vis spectrophotometry and high performance liquid ion chromatography,which was aiming at promoting the industrialization of the technology for electroless Ni-P-C-O plating.
为了使化学镀镍-磷-碳-氧工艺尽快工业化,用紫外-可见分光光度计和高效液相离子色谱检测了化学镀镍-磷-碳-氧体系的镍离子、亚磷酸根离子浓度的变化,对镀层的表面形貌及组成成分进行了表征。
