性质: 又称压伸双基推进剂,是一种通过挤压成型工艺所获得的双基推进剂。其制造工艺按照是否使用溶剂可分为溶剂法和非溶剂法,所谓溶剂法是借助挥发性溶剂使硝化甘油在硝化纤维素中分散均匀,成型后再将挥发性溶剂驱除,此工艺只适于制造小尺寸药柱。无溶剂法是以水为悬浮介质,使硝化甘油液滴及其他成分为硝化纤维素所吸收,然后通过驱水、压延、烘干和螺旋挤压成型。利用此工艺可压制直径达380mm的药柱。
