≮美食原料≯
面:
1、鸡蛋1个;
2、普通面粉 小半碗(我也不知道多少克).
3、黄油少量(条件简陋的色拉油也行,但味道差点)
4、泡打粉少量、蜂蜜少量、牛奶少量
5、玉米淀粉少量、(可省略)
馅心:
1、苹果馅心:苹果1/4只,切沫加蜂蜜或糖;
2、豆沙馅心:红豆煮烂加蜂蜜或糖;
3、其他 随意拉`
≮美食做法≯
1、所有面饼材料混合,揉成略软的面团,保鲜膜包好,让他休息半小时;(鸡蛋剩点)
2、把醒好的面团分成若干个面剂子。
3、取一个面剂子,擀开对折再擀成椭圆形面片。
4、包入馅儿料,收口;
5、将其翻扣过来(收口朝下),稍微压一下。用刀在表面划平行刀或者十字刀,让馅漏出来。
6、用刷子或勺子取少量蛋液刷在开口的一面,这样烤出来的会很漂亮。
准备微波炉咯~
7、用黄油或色拉油把微波烤盘刷一遍,防止粘底。
8、摆放老婆饼,饼表面也涂点油。
9、混合光波(中)两面波波,每面大概4-6分钟,看实际情况咯~
