【性状】
本品为无色或几乎无色的黏稠澄明液体。
【鉴别】
取本品适量（约相当于塞替派50mg），照塞替派项下的鉴别(1)项试验， 显相同的反应。
【检查】
pH值 取本品1支，加水9ml，依法测定（附录Ⅵ H），pH值应为4.5～ 8.0。 聚合物 取本品1支，加水4ml稀释后，应无色澄清。 含量均匀度 取本品10支，分别用15％硫氰酸钾溶液10ml将内容物移置具塞锥形瓶 中，各精密加硫酸滴定液(0.05mol/L)5ml，摇匀，放置20分钟，各加甲基红指示液1滴， 用氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定，并将滴定的结果用空白试验校正。按每1ml硫酸滴 定液(0.05mol/L)相当于6.307mg的C6H12N3PS分别计算含量。每支的含量与平均含量相 比较，差异大于±15％的不得多于1支，并不得超过±25％。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。

根据含量均匀度项下测得的结果，计算出平均含量，即得。
