性质:含有一定量钒的钢。钒是强化铁素体和缩小γ相区元素之一,它和碳、氮、氧都有极强亲和力。在钢中主要作用有:(1)细化钢的组织和晶粒,提高晶粒粗化温度,降低钢的过热敏感性,提高钢的强度和韧性;(2)当在高温溶入奥氏体时,增加钢的淬透性,以碳化物形态存在降低淬透性;(3)增加淬火钢的回火稳定性并产生二次硬化效应。钒是我国富有的元素,并已成为开发新钢种的常用合金元素之一。
