This study analyzed spatial and temporal changes of land use/land cover in Jiantang Township of Shangri-La County,where three plateau wetlands(Napahai Lake,Bitahai Lake and Shudu Lake) located,by comparing classified Landsat TM(ETM) images from 1974,1987 and 2000 coupled by GIS analysis,and patterns of landscape dynamics by using the spatial pattern analysis software(FRAGSTATS).
以纳帕海、碧塔海和属都湖三块高原湿地所在的云南省香格里拉县建塘镇为例,在遥感和GIS技术的支持下,对该区域1974、1987和2000三期Landsat TM(ETM)影像进行了解译,分析了26 a间的土地利用/覆盖变化规律,并结合景观格局动态分析的方法,借助FRAGSTATS软件定量分析了该区景观格局特征及其动态变化。

高原地海拔较高，地面较平缓开阔，气象多变，昼夜温差大。有的地区土质疏松,沟壑交错,壁陡谷深，地形复杂，水源不足。有的高原空气稀薄，气候寒冷，常有风暴和雪崩。在这种地区战斗，人员体力消耗大，运动速度慢，易发生高山反应症，射击误差大，车辆和机械效能降低，机动、补给和通信联络都较困难。部队在高原地战斗，需要熟悉战区地形特点,掌握气象情况,做好预防各种自然灾害的准备，加强对冻伤、雪盲和高山病的防治。进攻时，要正确选择运动路线，精确计算运动速度和时间，加强道路保障，力求利用敌防御间隙或暴露的翼侧，实施迂回包围和侧后攻击；有条件时，可以用机降夺占敌纵深要点。防御时，充分利用雨裂、峡谷、河流等天然障碍和高地等有利地形，在便于敌装甲战斗车辆通行的谷地、川道、隘路和渡口，严密组织打坦克的火力，加强防渗透和防空降措施。
