环境价值环境能满足人类社会生存与发展需要的属性它是随着环境科学的发展和人类环境意识的提高出现的一个新概念。环境价值不能用传统经济学中的任一价值概念来界定,而应该从价值概念的哲学来源探讨其界定。虽然环境价值的描述参量和量化指标尚未明确和完善,但环境有价值这一结论已为人们所普遍接受,并在社会经济活动中被运用。环境价值至少包括三部分:①资源价值,指自然资源满足人类生产、生活中物质与能量需要的程度。②生态价值,指生态系统满足人类对环境状态和环境过程需要的程度,如森林具有调节气候、涵养水源、保护水土、减弱噪声、防风固沙、消灭细菌、制造氧气、洁净空气等功能。②存在价值,指环境满足人类健康生存需要的程度,如优美的环境条件可以增强人体健康,而被污染的环境则危害人体健康,使人类不能正常生存。环境价值的描述参量与货币量化指标是今后环境经济学研究及社会经济活动中的一个重要课题
