叠生矿床
superimposed mineral deposit

   在先期形成矿床的基础上,又叠加了后期发生的成矿作用,形成具有双重成因的矿床。由于先成的矿床在遭受后期的岩浆、热液等成矿作用叠加时,在物质成分、结构构造、矿体形态等方面发生改造,因此,叠生矿床又被称为叠加改造矿床。例如,在前寒武纪沉积铁矿的基础上,叠加了后期热液成因的金或铀的矿化,形成铁-金矿床或铁-铀矿床。又如在中国长江中下游铁、铜、金成矿带,石炭纪沉积的黄铁矿矿床常被燕山期的岩浆 -热液的铜、金矿化所叠加,形成了两个时代、两种不同成矿作用重叠的叠生矿床。
