iiguang Zhunzhiyi激光准直仪(laser Collimator)利用激光束标定直线的仪器。通常由激光发射系统和光电检侧系统组成。其原理是:利用激光的方向性好、发散角小、亮度强等特点,通过望远镜作定向发射,在空间形成一条光束作为准直的墓准线。分为激光经纬仪准直和波带板激光准直。激光经纬仪准直,由望远镜发射器和光电检测器(光电接收靶)组成。激光通过望远镜发射,调节焦距使光束能在接收靶上形成较小的光斑,在需要准直的点上用光电检测器观测光斑能量中心,以测定各点偏离基准线的偏差值。激光束受本身的漂移和大气条件的影响,准直精度约为长度的10一5一10一“。用于军用坑道和飞机洞库等地下工程开挖、管道敷设、建筑物施工等。波带板激光准直仪,由激光器点光源、波带板装置与光电接收靶组成。测量时,在基准线两端点上分别安置激光器和接收靶,在中间需要准直的点上安置波带板,激光器l掖光源发射出一束激光,照射到波带板,在接收处由于光干涉作用聚焦形成亮点或亮十字线。根据光的衍射原理,激光发射中心、波带板中心及成像光斑中心将构成一条直线。三点准直克服了漂移,能提高准直精度,若让激光束穿过真空管道,还可克服大气折射影响,准直精度达长度的10一7。用于军事工程长距离精密准直测量,例如导弹发射用的火箭橇轨道、高能粒子对撞机直线加速器、大型机械设备轴线安装及建筑物变形观测等。 (于来法)
