性质:聚合物流体(熔体或浓溶液)在黏性流动中的一种弹性效应。在聚合物挤出成型中,出现挤出胀大效应(也称Barus效应),出现这种效应的主要原因是弹性流入效应,即聚合物流体在流道中流动时,由于受到剪切应力作用,高分子链沿流动方向伸展、取向,除产生不可逆的永久形变外,还不可避免地要产生高弹变形;由于流道不长,伸展的高分子链来不及完全回复,而在挤出模具口后,继续弹性回复,导致流体的出口膨胀。
