性质: modified-release preparations  在中枢神经系统中,某些神经递质,如兴奋性氨基酸递质谷氨酸的代谢失衡、过度释放,造成对突触后受体的滥刺激(abuse stimulation)会引起神经毒性,加剧某些神经系统疾病。现发展了一类从突触前调控某些神经递质释放的药物制剂,开辟了一条治疗此类疾病的新途径。目前,此类药物可分为突触前电压敏感性Na+通道阻断剂,如用作抗惊厥剂的叶酸衍生物拉莫三嗪和腺苷受体激动剂,如作用在A1受体上的丙戊茶碱等。
