Started from methoxyl substituted chloromethylpyridine,five new polyhydroxy-azastilbene-2-nitrogen derivatives(4a~4e) with(E)-isomer were synthesized via(Arbusow) reaction,Wittig-Horner reaction and demethalytion in a yield of 30%~34% as the main products.
为寻求具有新的强生理活性的茋类化合物,本文对多羟基茋的二苯乙烯母核中的1个苯环用吡啶环进行取代,采用甲氧基取代的氯甲基吡啶为起始原料,经Arbusow反应、W ittig-Horner反应和BBr3脱甲基反应合成了5种未见文献报道的多羟基氮杂茋,其结构经MS、IR和1H NMR谱确证。
